J & D Burleigh Pte Ltd is an importer and distributor of fine estate-bottled wines in Singapore.
A privately owned company that comprises of a dynamic team with an outstanding wine portfolio, we aim to offer carefully-selected, fair-priced wines that not only deliver quality and value for money, but also a sense of place. We want to offer benchmark-style wines which we believe to be the best examples of a wine style, country, region or sub-region, whether they are wines to drink immediately or wines to lay down.
With our initial focus primarily on Italian wines, we have since expanded and developed our portfolio, and our stronghold now consists of many top wineries throughout France, boasting a comprehensive selection of champagnes with back vintages, leading with our main Champagne house - Billecart-Salmon. Our section on Rhone wines with many exclusive Chateauneuf du Pape Domaines is another area that we have reinforced over the years. J & D Burleigh has since also extended its broad range of wines to other countries and to spirits with a fine selection of single malts to boot.
Where possible, we aim to build exclusive relationships with suppliers, making our selection of wines unique. We work as closely with our suppliers as we do with our customers and it is particularly this which differentiates us as a retailer. We strongly believe in the benefits of doing this, most importantly it allows us to bring our unique selection of wines direct to you, the customer, with no intermediaries.
We ensure that the wines we buy meet our strict criteria, thus our prime focus also on all shipments and storage. Our wines are shipped in reefer containers (temperature-controlled container) maintaining quality control and ensuring that our customers get the best and optimum pleasure from the wines.
