Return & Refunds:
- Customers are advised to check all wines/champagnes immediately upon receipt and shall notify us within 24 hours of any discrepancies or damage. Any defects or shortfall shall be deemed to have occurred thereafter.
- Wines sold are non-returnable. In our sole discretion, we shall consider to arrange replacement for the remaining unopened bottles of any case sold. No refund will be extended after confirmation of sales.
